Prove your talents in speech and assertiveness in your words. In a competition where you formally present an argument in a discipline manner but only words with fire in its character shall echo throughout

Rules & REGULATIONS

1. Debate will be conducted in 2 rounds.

2. Round 1 : Constructive speech – 4 minutes each team.(Both the members should speak within 4 minutes)

3. Round 2 : Rebuttal – 1 minute for the questions and 2 minutes for answering.(Each team can question any one other team).

4. Topic : Both the topics is to be prepared for the debate.

5. Whether the team will be speaking FOR or AGAINST the motion will be decided on the spot by taking Lots (Lottery).

6. Each college team should consists of 2 members only.

7. Maximum number of participating team from a college/institution is three.

8. Each team will be regarded as an individual competitor team regardless of the college to which it belongs.In other words , every single competitor team will confront the rest of the teams.
