Problem Statement: The event is simple yet requires crunch handling. Participants are supposed to design a manually controlled bot which can push or kick a medium sized ball. The prime motive is to kick the ball in the opponent’s goalpost and save the ball from going into yours. The bot with more goals will win the game. Skills speed and reflexes of both the bot and the participants will be tested.
1. Maximum weight of the machines should be below 6 kg.
2. Maximum dimension of the bot will be 30cm X 30cm X 30cm..
3. The potential difference between any two points should not exceed 12 V at any point of time during the match.
4. The bot can be wired or wireless.
5. Wireless bots should have at least two or more operating frequencies to avoid any frequency interference.
6. 12V DC supply will be provided by us. You will get two long wires (+VE) and (GND).Make your Remote Control setup accordingly, so that you can screw the two wires with your controller in a short time.
7. Controlling wires should be bound into a single strip and should be long in order to avoid any type of wire-crossing with the opponent during the match.
8. Weapons should be safe in its use. No chemicals, fluid and blasting weapons can be used.
9. The part of the bot which can touch the arena is only the “wheels”. No other actuators/parts can touch the arena.
10. Co-coordinators have the right to disqualify any bot which they feel is unsafe for the audience or violating the rules.
11. Readymade base of machine would not be allowed except for wheels, foam, light wooden, thermocol, motor, battery, RF remotes, switches, wires. Rules same for both:
· The machine should float in arena and no short cuts allowed.
· The machine should start to run from the starting point of arena.
· The machine should not damage the arena else the team will be disqualified.
· The machine can transform its size at the arena but cannot divide in parts.
12. The first prize for this event is Rs 3000 and second prize is Rs 2000
