2. Participants will be required to create the circuit design using a pen and paper and practically implement it using bread board.

5. The total time for making the circuit will be 60 minutes which include designing the circuit design.

2. Bridge should be at least 650mm and maximum 1000mm long (clear span) and 200mm high.
3. Bridge must be no wider than 150mm. The weight of the bridge should not be more than 500 grams.
4. The width of each support at each end is 20mm(horizontal support) with balsa wood / popsicle sticks (6mm x 12mm x1000mm).
5. It should take minimum weight of 1 kg.

7. Controlling wires should be bound into a single strip and should be long in order to avoid any type of wire-crossing with the opponent during the match.
8. Weapons should be safe in its use. No chemicals, fluid and blasting weapons can be used.
9. The part of the bot which can touch the arena is only the “wheels”. No other actuators/parts can touch the arena.
10. Co-coordinators have the right to disqualify any bot which they feel is unsafe for the audience or violating the rules.
11. Readymade base of machine would not be allowed except for wheels, foam, light wooden, thermocol, motor, battery, RF remotes, switches, wires. Rules same for both:
   · The machine should float in arena and no short cuts allowed.   
· The machine should start to run from the starting point of arena.

1. This is a short film competition and hence ONLY short films should be submitted and NO DOCUMENTARIES. The entries can be short digital animation films too on the topic.
2. DURATION: The films shall not be more than 5 minutes, including the beginning and end credits. Films exceeding this time limit are liable to be rejected. The minimum length should be 30 seconds including credits.
3. The film should have been shot/completed before 10th April 2017.
4. The short films may be in any language, but MUST be subtitled in ENGLISH. Films submitted previously to any other competition will not be considered for this contest. If found later, will be disqualified for the contest/prize withheld.
5. FORMAT: the films have to be shot in MPEG4 or AVI format. The recommended ratio is 16:9.
6. RIGHT TO SCREEN: the participants grant the organisers (ALACRITY) the non-exclusive rights to screen(non-commercial).
